Although we like to operate on trust wherever possible, like all providers we have a cancellation policy in place to protect both you and us.
Booking and cancellation policy
For those booking directly, no deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable at departure.
- Cancellation outside 30 days of arrival: no charge
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 25% charged
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% charged (unless we can re-sell the cabin).
We recommend all travellers have adequate travel insurance to protect against unavoidable changes to travel arrangements.
Specific conditions relating to Bookit
Bookits non-refundable fee of NZD20.00 also applies to all cancellations regardless of our cancellation policy. Where you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking. For amendments of bookings, additional charges or a refund may apply depending on the nature of the booking amendment. If you make a booking using a discount code you will not be able to use that discount code on any subsequent booking amendment. Amendments will be made using the normal price of the product being amended.
